Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipment. During peak periods or product launches, processing may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Packaging & Handling Our products are design-forward pieces with unique geometries. Each item is individually wrapped and cushioned to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of 3D-printed and sculptural products, we take extra care with protective packaging.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at helllo@lumosstudios.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
